Mango "ice-cream"

Food processor. No way you're doing this one by hand


Frozen mango chunks

Honey (or some other sugar if being strict vegan)

Can of coconut milk

Vanilla essence




To serve




  1. Blend the frozen mango chunks in a food processor. Depending on how powerful yours is you might need to do this bit-by-bit. Add some coconut milk to loosen if needed.

  2. Once all the mango is blitzed down, add coconut milk a bit at a time. Go steady with it though. Only add as much as you want for the right texture. Are you making a drink, or something to eat with a spoon?

  3. Blend in vanilla essence, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar/honey to taste. Remember to throw a pinch of salt in!

  4. Serve in a nice glass with a long spoon. Throw some raspberries or other fruit on top and sprinkle some cinnamon to make it look as good as it tastes
